Creamy sherry beef casserole to serve over rice or noodles.
- 3 pounds lean ground beef, chopped into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup cooking sherry
- 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
- Combine everything in a casserole dish. bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 hours. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
