Give the party staple Long Island Iced Tea a little Asian variation.


  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce white rum
  • 1 ounce white tequila
  • 1 ounce ginger liqueur
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • Cola
  • 2 lemon wedges for garnish


  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker, filling three-quarters full. Add everything but the cola and lemon wedges, cover and shake. Strain into iced tea glassed filled with fresh ice. Top the glass off with the cola and garnish with the lemon wedge.
