Seafood Salad with Dill Dressing is made of a creamy dressing mixed with succulent shrimp make for a delicious main dish salad to please any palate.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain fat free yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups medium shrimp
- 1 cup crabmeat
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 medium cucumber (chopped)
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 2 avocados (peeled and sliced)
- salad greens
Directions
- Prepare dressing by combining first 5 ingredients
- Toss dressing with all ingredients except for avocados and salad greens
- Chill for at least an hour
- Place avocados on top of salad greens
- Top with seafood
