I like the combination of shrimp and crab in this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimp, cooked and devained
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 1/4 of a red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons spicy mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 cups of mixed greens

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredient in a bowl except the lemon.
  2. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Squeeze the juice from the lemon over the mixture and stir again.
  4. Place the greens on a dish and spoon the seafood mixture on top.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
