One of my favorite dips to serve at a party.
Ingredients
- 1 cup flaked fish
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped stuffed olives
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons half and half
- 1/4 teaspoon grated onions
- 2 drops hot pepper sauce
Directions
- Drain canned fish.
- Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
- Add olives, mayonnaise, half and half, onion, hot pepper sauce and fish in a blender.
- Blend into a paste.
- Chill.
- Garnish dip with parsley and serve with your favorite chips.
