One of my favorite dips to serve at a party.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flaked fish
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped stuffed olives
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons half and half
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated onions
  • 2 drops hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Drain canned fish.
  2. Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
  3. Add olives, mayonnaise, half and half, onion, hot pepper sauce and fish in a blender.
  4. Blend into a paste.
  5. Chill.
  6. Garnish dip with parsley and serve with your favorite chips.
