Serve this dip with chips or crackers.
- 1 cup flaked fish
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup chopped stuffed olives
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons half and half
- 1/4 teaspoon grated onion
- 2 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1/8 cup fresh chopped parsley
- Combine fish and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Add olives, mayonnaise, half and half, onion and hot pepper sauce.
- Blend into a paste.
- Garnish with parsley and chill.
