Seafood Casserole is delicious served with a big bowl of tender mixed baby salad greens.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon onion, grated
  • 3 cups milk
  • 6 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 1/2 ounces flaked crabmeat
  • 1, 6 ounce can lobster
  • 1 pound shrimp, fresh cooked
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Melt butter, add flour, stir well. Add mustard, paprika, salt, sugar, onion and milk. Cook until slightly thickened. Stir in cheese.
  2. Remove from heat and mix with seafood. Place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
