Seafood Casserole is delicious served with a big bowl of tender mixed baby salad greens.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon onion, grated
- 3 cups milk
- 6 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 1/2 ounces flaked crabmeat
- 1, 6 ounce can lobster
- 1 pound shrimp, fresh cooked
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Directions
- Melt butter, add flour, stir well. Add mustard, paprika, salt, sugar, onion and milk. Cook until slightly thickened. Stir in cheese.
- Remove from heat and mix with seafood. Place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
