The Scorpion cocktail is a refreshingly tart Puerto Rican rum-based drink made with a blend of fresh lemon and orange juice with brandy and orgeat syrup.
- 1-1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 2 ounces orange juice
- 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
- 1 ounce brandy
- 2 ounces light Puerto Rican rum
- Lemon slice to garnish
- 1 scoop shave ice
- Place the lemon juice, orange juice, syrup, brandy, rum and ice into a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with the lemon slice. Serve immediately.
