Baked scallop and bacon skewers.
Ingredients
- 1 pound scallops
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 8 slices bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook the scallops in the margarine for 5 minutes.
- Alternate the scallops and bacon on skewers. Season with the salt and pepper.
- Insert the skewers in unbaked potato halves to stand up. Bake for 20 minutes.
