Slow cooked scalloped potatoes with ham.
- 8 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 2 onions, diced
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- Layer half of the potatoes, ham, onions, soup and cheese in the slow cooker. Repeat. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
