Simple breaded corn side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans whole corn, drained

Directions

  1. Mix everything together and pour into a lightly greased loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
