Savory Spinach is jazzed up with the addition of horseradish.

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1, 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Cook spinach and drain well. Add cheese and stir. Mix the remaining ingredients together. Pour into a casserole and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
