A delicious mix of Cauliflower and hollandaise sauce.
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 (1 ounce) package hollandaise sauce mix
- Fresh parsley
- Lemon slices, optional
- Chop the cauliflower into small florets and cook in salt water until slightly tender. Drain.
- Prepare the sauce according to the package directions.
- Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and sprinkle the parsley over top. Garnish with the lemon and serve.
