Mustard and thyme seasoned pork chop dinner.
- 4 (5 ounce) lean pork loin chops (3/4-inch thick)
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Freshly ground pepper
- Spread half of the mustard over the chops. Sprinkle with half the thyme and pepper. Broil 6 inches from the heat for 10-12 minutes.
- Flip the chops, and spread the remaining mustard over and sprinkle the remaining seasonings over. Broil until browned, about 10-12 more minutes.
