A nutritious flavorful side-dish for meat, poultry or fish.


  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 cups baby spinach leaves, washed, patted dry


  1. Heat olive oil in a large, wide pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds.
  2. Add spinach and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted.
  3. Transfer to four individual dinner plates and serve with your choice of entree.
