- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 cups baby spinach leaves, washed, patted dry
- Heat olive oil in a large, wide pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds.
- Add spinach and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted.
