Easy sauteed spinach with parmesan cheese.
- 1 pound fresh spinach, washed and dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine or cooking sherry
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Combine the spinach and oil in a skillet on high. Cook until wilted. Stir i the wine and continue cooking until the liquid is gone. Sprinkle with the cheese to serve.
