Easy sauteed spinach with parmesan cheese.


  • 1 pound fresh spinach, washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine or cooking sherry
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Combine the spinach and oil in a skillet on high. Cook until wilted. Stir i the wine and continue cooking until the liquid is gone. Sprinkle with the cheese to serve.
