- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon tumeric
- 8 slices Italian bread, cut 1 inch thick
- In 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat, stir 1/4 cup olive oil and 1/8 teaspoon tumeric until blended and hot. Add bread slices; cook until lightly browned on both sides.
