Easy to make, slow cooker sausage topping for fettuccini

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fully cooked polish sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans chunky garlic and herb tomato sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen stir fry bell pepper and onion, thawed

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Serve over cooked fettuccini.
