Slow cooked sausage and potato soup.

Ingredients

  • 4 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 8 red potatoes, diced
  • 1 (1 ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 pound Italian sausage, browned and drained
  • 2 cups frozen chopped spinach, thawed

Directions

  1. Mix together the first 3 ingredients, cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Stir in the sausage and spinach. Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
