Sausage Pot Pie makes a great brunch dish complimented by a colorful fresh salad and fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 3/4 pounds sausage
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup carrots, diced

Directions

  1. Combine and cook all ingredients 20 minutes or until tender. Put in baking dish. Top with your favorite pie dough.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is brown, 15-20 minutes.
