Sausage Pot Pie makes a great brunch dish complimented by a colorful fresh salad and fresh fruit.
Ingredients
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 3/4 pounds sausage
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup carrots, diced
Directions
- Combine and cook all ingredients 20 minutes or until tender. Put in baking dish. Top with your favorite pie dough.
- Bake at 350 degrees until crust is brown, 15-20 minutes.
