Sausage and cheese filled biscuit turnovers.
- 10 (1 ounce) link sausages, browned
- 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese strips
- 1 (11 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal
- Roll the biscuits out to 4-inch wide circles. Sprinkle with the cornmeal.
- Place a piece of cheese and sauce in the center of each biscuit. Fold over and seal with a flour coated fork.
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
