Sausage Cheese Loaf is chilled and sliced thinly. Great with hearty crusty bread or crackers.
Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 2 pounds Velveeta cheese
- 1 pound mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 small jar chopped pimentos
- 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Directions
- Saute sausage in a skillet; drain. Melt Velveeta cheese and Cheddar cheese in a double boiler over hot water. Add sausage, pimentos and peppers to cheese mixture; mix well.
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and chill until set. Slice; serve on crackers or bread.
