Tasty sausage, cheese and garlic appetizer bites.

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 pounce) package hot sausage
  • 1 (16 ounce) package shredded colby or cheddar cheese
  • 3 3/4 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Knead all the ingredients together and shape into 1-inch balls.
  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned.
