Simple sausage and potatoes dinner.
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 4-5 red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Slice and fry the sausage. Drain.
- Peel the potatoes and chop into 1 inch cubes. Cover with water in a pot and boil until soft.
- Combine the flour with 3/4 cup water. The mixture should be smooth, not lumpy. Pour into the potatoes. Gently stir in the sausage.
- Cook on medium low for 5-10 minutes.
