Slow cooked hash brown casserole with sausage and veggies.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Polish sausage, sliced
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
Directions
- Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
