Slow cooked hash brown casserole with sausage and veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Polish sausage, sliced
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced

Directions

  1. Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
