A saucy ham, beef and pork meatloaf with a sweet and hot mustard sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground ham
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 8 ounces ground pork
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Sassy Mustard Sauce:
- 4 ounces dry mustard
- 1 cup vinegar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
Directions
- Mix together the first 8 ingredients. Shape into a loaf and arrange in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 6-7 hours on low.
- Combine the mustard and vinegar in a bowl, mix until smooth. Let set overnight.
- Combine the vinegar mixture, eggs and sugar in the top of a double boiler and heat for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool and store covered in a refrigerator.
- Serve the loaf with the sauce over top.
