Spicy, cheesy, creamy scalloped potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 (32 ounce) package hash browns
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 pound cooked diced ham
- 1 (12 ounce) contatiner chive and onion sour cream potato topper
- 1 (11 ounce) can Mexican style whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix the potatoes and butter in the slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
