Slow cooker fajitas.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef flank steak, sliced into 1/2-inch strips
  • 2 (16 ounce) jars salsa
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Serve with tortillas, cheddar cheese, sour cream and guacamole.
