Slow cooker fajitas.
- 2 pounds beef flank steak, sliced into 1/2-inch strips
- 2 (16 ounce) jars salsa
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve with tortillas, cheddar cheese, sour cream and guacamole.
