The wonderful rich and fruity taste of Sangria is given added depth and flavor with the addition of Grand Marnier.


  • 1/2 cup Grand Marnier
  • 1 cup seedless red or black grapes
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 2 apples, red and green, cored and cut into 1/2-inch wedges
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 bottle Merlot, chilled


  1. Place the Grand Marnier, grapes, lemons, orange, apples, cinnamon, and sugar into a punch bowl, stir well to combine and then set aside for 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop.
