Salty K9 Cocktail

Serving this cocktail in a glass rimmed with coarse salt adds a wonderful contrast of flavor to this vodka and fresh grapefruit mixed drink.

Place some salt onto a plate. Run a lemon wedge around the rim of a tall cocktail glass to moisten and then dip the rim into the salt, pressing gently to adhere.
Fill the prepared cocktail glass with ice and then add the vodka.
Top the drink with the grapefruit juice and then stir to combine; serve immediately.
