Salt may be the base for this marinade, but a wonderful blend of freshly ground pepper, garlic salt, rosemary, thyme and parsley really add unbeatable flavor.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 tablespoons salt
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk vigorously to combine.
- Pour the mixture over the steak and then flip the meat until well coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours or more.
