Easy to whip up, Salsa Cruda is made in either the food processor or blender.
Ingredients
- 4 large ripe tomatoes
- 1 small stalk celery
- 2 hot green chilies
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
Directions
- Run all ingredients through blender or food processor, leaving tomatoes for last. Let sit for 4 hours to blend flavors.
