Pink salmon patties.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can pink salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup oil

Directions

  1. Combine the fish and egg in a bowl. Stir in the biscuit mix.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add spoonfuls of the batter. Flatten with a spatula. Brown on each side, roughly 2-3 minutes a side.
