Pink salmon patties.
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can pink salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup oil
Directions
- Combine the fish and egg in a bowl. Stir in the biscuit mix.
- Heat the oil in a skillet. Add spoonfuls of the batter. Flatten with a spatula. Brown on each side, roughly 2-3 minutes a side.
