Low fat cream cheese and salmon tortilla rolls.
- 6 fat-free flour tortillas
- 1 (6 ounce) container salmon flavored fat-free cream cheese
- 1/2 cup salmon, falked, bones and skin removed
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Mix together the cream cheese, salmon and onions. Spread onto each tortilla and roll up. Chill in an airtight container.
- When ready to serve, slice into 1-inch thick rounds.
