Salmon Pinwheels

Low fat cream cheese and salmon tortilla rolls.


  • 6 fat-free flour tortillas
  • 1 (6 ounce) container salmon flavored fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup salmon, falked, bones and skin removed
  • 2 green onions, chopped


  1. Mix together the cream cheese, salmon and onions. Spread onto each tortilla and roll up. Chill in an airtight container.
  2. When ready to serve, slice into 1-inch thick rounds.
