Fried salmon patty recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 cups salmon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oil
Directions
- Drain the salmon. Combine with the eggs, onion, pepper, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 8 patties.
- Sprinkle the patties with lemon juice and roll in the flour.
- Fry in the hot oil, turning only once, until browned.
