Fried salmon patty recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups salmon
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oil

Directions

  1. Drain the salmon. Combine with the eggs, onion, pepper, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 8 patties.
  2. Sprinkle the patties with lemon juice and roll in the flour.
  3. Fry in the hot oil, turning only once, until browned.
