Fried salmon biscuit patties.
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can pink salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 egg
- 12 cup biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- Canola oil
Directions
- Mix together the salmon and egg. Stir in the biscuit mix and ketchup until well mixed. Form into 3-inch patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Fry the patties until browned on both sides.
