Cream cheese filled salami slice appetizers.
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 12 ounces salami, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt (optional)
- Mix together the cream cheese, horseradish and seasoning salt. Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons onto each salami slice. Roll up and hold closed with a toothpick.
