Add some Asian flair to your martini by blending Sake, a Japanese rice-based alcoholic beverage, with gin.
- 2-1/2 ounces gin
- 1/4 ounce sake
- twist of lemon peel to garnish
- 6 ice cubes
- Place a martini glass into the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Put the gin and the sake in a cocktail shaker, add the ice and stir or shake the mixture for 30 seconds until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel; serve immediately.
