This delicate Asian-inspired cocktail combines lychee juice with Sake and vanilla-infused vodka.
- 1-1/2 ounces vanilla-infused vodka
- 1-1/2 ounces TY KU Sake
- 2 ounces lychee juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Dash of ground cinnamon to garnish
- Cinnamon stick to garnish
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the cinnamon stick and ground cinnamon, into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake the mixture vigorously for 30 seconds and then stain into a wine glass.
- Garnish with the ground cinnamon and cinnamon stick, and serve immediately.
