This delicate Asian-inspired cocktail combines lychee juice with Sake and vanilla-infused vodka.


  • 1-1/2 ounces vanilla-infused vodka
  • 1-1/2 ounces TY KU Sake
  • 2 ounces lychee juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Dash of ground cinnamon to garnish
  • Cinnamon stick to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the cinnamon stick and ground cinnamon, into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture vigorously for 30 seconds and then stain into a wine glass.
  3. Garnish with the ground cinnamon and cinnamon stick, and serve immediately.
