Sage, apple and onion seared pork chop dinner.
- 4 (1/2 inch ) pork loin chops, trim fat
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 2 apples, cored and cut into thin wedges
- Rub the chops with the sage. Arrange in a greased skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, flip and in add in the onions and apples. Continue cooking for 7 more minutes, or until cooked through.
