This cocktail recipe calls for La Pinta Pomegranate Tequila; premium silver tequila infused with juices from an exotic blend of pomegranate fruit and then aged for a full 12 months to create a subtle tart flavor with bright sweetness.  


  • 1-1/2 ounces La Pinta Pomegranate Tequila
  • 3/4 ounce absinthe
  • 1/2 ounce limoncello
  • 1/4 ounce lemon juice
  • lemon twist to garnish


  1. Place a cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
  2. Put all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds.
  3. Double strain the mixture into the prepared glass, garnish with the lemon twist and serve immediately.
