This recipe is a classic chocolate affogato flavored with rum.
Ingredients
- 1 pack chocolate ice cream
- 8 tbsp rum
- 8 tbsp finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 8 tbsp hot espresso
Directions
- Take coffee mugs and add one scoop of chocolate ice cream in each.
- Pour 2 tbsp each of espresso, chocolate and rum over scoops in mugs.
- Serve immediately.
