This cocktail is quite flavorful; the spiciness of the rum merges with the sweetness of the grenadine and citrusy brightness of the lime juice, and then finishes with a light gin aftertaste.

Ingredients

1-1/2 ounce Rum
1 ounce Gin
1/2 ounce Grenadine
1/4 ounce fresh lime Juice
splash of simple syrup

Directions

Place all of the ingredient s into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
