The spicy flavor of rum is mixed with white crème de menthe to get this tasty and invigorating shot.


  • 1/2 ounce white rum
  • 1/2 ounce crème de menthe
  • ginkgo leaf to garnish


  1. Place a shot glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
  2. Pour the white rum into the chilled glass followed by the crème de menthe. Garnish with a ginkgo leaf and serve immediately.
