  • 1/4 bottle Dubonnet Rouge
  • 12 ounces Apple Brandy (such as Laird's Bonded or Calvados)
  • 24 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 3 ounces Fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 12 ounces Champagne


  1. Pour the Dubonnet Rouge, apple brandy, bitters and orange juice into a punch bowl, and then add ice.
  2. Stir the mixture to combine and then slowly add the champagne right before serving.
