Perfect icing for sugar cookies or for decorating as it dries hard.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons meringue powder
  • 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 6 tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Beat everything together on low until peaks form.
  2. Keep covered with a wet kitchen towel to prevent the icing from drying out.
