Serve Royal Egg Breakfast over buttered toast or English muffins. Don't forget to wear your crown!
- 6 hard boiled eggs, chop whites and crumble yolks
- White Sauce: 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
- Melt butter on top of double boiler. Stir in flour, slowly add milk and cook until sauce is thick and smooth. Stir constantly. Add salt, pepper, chopped egg whites and stir.
- Pour over buttered toast and crumble yolks on top.
