Simple stove top swiss steak, perfect served with mashed potatoes.
- 2 pounds round steak
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- Flour the steak. Brown all sides in the oil. Remove the steak from the skillet and drain.
- Add 1 can of the tomatoes to the skillet. Place the steak on top and pour the over can of tomatoes over. Cover and simmer.
