Steak and potato bake.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds round steak
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans mushrooms, undrained
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Place the steak in the center of a piece of foil. Sprinkle the onion soup mixture over.
  2. Arrange the potatoes on top over the steak and pour the mushrooms over. Seal the foil tight.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 1/2 hours.
