Slow cooked round steak and mushroom gravy
- 3 pounds round steak, cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Brown the steak in the butter over medium high heat.
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
